Responsibilities
- Authorize all purchases
- Provide onsite sales support
- Conduct monthly family meetings
- Participate in the training and development of new employees
- Implement initiatives to improve community efficiency and effectiveness
- Review bills and statements
- Analyze revenue projections
- Make adjustments when revenue sources decrease
- Manage the Sales Director
- Network with outside referral sources such as hospitals and rehab personnel
- Qualify prospects financially through credit reports, bank statements, etc.
- Review occupancy as it relates to staffing
- Assist in the hiring and recruitment processes
- Handle all resident and family grievances
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree; preferred in Healthcare Administration, Hospitality Management, or Business
- 3-5 years of management or healthcare related experience
- Experience assuming a managerial role responsible for multiple disciplines
- Budgeting and staffing experience
- Proficiency with Windows applications such as Excel and Outlook
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
