Executive Director - Hospice

About the role

We're seeking a compassionate and experienced registered nurse to serve as the Executive Director/Administrator for our Hospice Branch. In this vital role, you will provide leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and operational leadership for the hospice branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compassionate patient care in the home setting
• Responsible for the overall leadership, direction, growth, and culture of the branch, fostering an environment of excellence, compliance, and teamwork
• Oversees and directs all clinical and office operations, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, productivity, and efficient use of resources
• Works closely with leadership and staff to maintain regulatory compliance, drive performance outcomes, and support sustainable branch growth
• Serves as a liaison to the Governing Body, playing a key role in communication, reporting, and alignment with organizational goals and standards

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with hospice or healthcare operations experience
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities
• Strong background in quality care and organizational excellence
