Eagle Valley Meadows is seeking an experienced leader to join our team as the Executive Director. This position is part of American Senior Communities, a leading provider of senior living solutions.

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment of excellence while leading a caring team
• Maintain high standards of quality and safety in long-term care operations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and staff morale
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and facility maintenance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Licensed as a Healthcare Facility Administrator (HFA) in Indiana
• Strong understanding of long-term care industry and operations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
