We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. We need to parse the job posting. The posting includes: - Title: Executive Director, Healthcare Strategy & Innovation (Remote, US) - Description: "What to expect when you join Sikich Team members at Sikich have a lot in common while also being part of a rich and varied group of contributors, creating a distinct and thriving culture...." This is generic fluff about company culture. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not specific to role. Could be considered "About the role"? Actually they have a "Position Summary" later. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have real specific content. From posting: - Position Summary: "Burwood Group is seeking a highly accomplished healthcare technology executive to serve as Executive Director, Healthcare Strategy & Innovation. This leader will help shape and expand Burwood's healthcare consulting and technology services practice while serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare provider organizations nationwide. The ideal candidate is a former Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Digital Officer, or equivalent healthcare IT executive with deep expertise in healthcare technology strategy, clinical systems, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, AI adoption, and digital transformation. This executive will leverage healthcare industry experience, executive relationships, and operational leadership expertise to drive business growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, develop innovative healthcare solutions, and support client acquisition and expansion efforts." That's about the role. - "What will you do in this role?" then subsections: Healthcare Market Leadership, Business Development & Sales Enablement, Healthcare Technology Advisory, AI & Healthcare Innovation, Partner Ecosystem Development, Service Development & Capability Expansion. Those are responsibilities. - "What do you need to succeed in this role?" then bullet list of requirements: Bachelor's degree..., 15+ years..., Former CIO..., Experience supporting large health systems..., Demonstrated success..., Deep knowledge..., Experience with enterprise networking..., Executive-level knowledge..., Proven ability..., Exceptional executive communication..., Willingness to travel... Then "Preferred Qualifications": Advanced degree..., Experience with Epic..., Experience implementing AI..., Established relationships..., Board..., Working familiarity..., Consulting..., etc. Then "In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the compensation benchmarks for this role are $ $207,842.25 (25th percentile), $252,188.13 ( 50th percentile), and $292,197.50 (75th percentile). This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on several factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for roles in our Government Services pillar are determined by contract with the specific government agency Sikich is servicing." So we have pay info. Then "In addition, specific skills/experience required are as follows: ….. Servant Leader – You are hyper focused on engaging employees, fostering their development, and building a positive culture. Solutions Focused – You see opportunities in every business problem and can develop, articulate, and implement solutions. Collaboration – You are a relationship builder across all levels of the organization and across all business units. Instills Trust - You do what you say, and you follow through on commitments, you act with integrity, you are consistent and are perceived as credible. Impact & Influence Thinking – You gain support for ideas, proposals, and solutions, and get others to act, with or without formal authority, to advance initiatives/objectives." These are skills/competencies. Then "About Sikich" description of company, then "Sikich Total Rewards" benefits list. We need to extract benefits: "Sikich offers the public and private sectors a varied platform of professional services across consulting, technology and compliance." Not benefit. Then "Sikich Total Rewards Our team members enjoy expansive benefits ranging from competitive compensation and insurance options to wellness programs and a flexible time off policy, to name only a few. Sikich also takes pride in prioritizing team members’ health, total wellbeing and time spent with family, friends and in the pursuit of personal goals, hobbies, and endeavors. Some examples of our many benefits: Sikich maintains a Flexible Time Off (FTO) Policy. We encourage every full-time employee, as your role permits, to utilize paid time off (personal time, mental/physical health care, vacation, sick leave, etc.). Waiting for time off to accrue is common at other companies. At Sikich, you do not have to wait for this benefit to kick in. FTO is activated on your first day with our organization. Sikich will also recognize paid holidays during the year and strives to permit employees to have time off the last week of the calendar year when client and project work permits. Sikich offers a comprehensive wellness program to engage, challenge and empower team members to take responsibility for their wellbeing. Activities can be tracked through our wellness provider to obtain gift cards and other rewards. We also offer: Flexible work arrangementsHealth, dental, vision, life, and accident/death/disability insurance optionsHSA employer contributionNine (9) paid holidays annually. A robust paid Parental Bonding Leave program covering birth, adoption, and foster children. 401(k) with employer contributionsCPA bonus with four (4) paid exam days & four (4) paid study days. Tuition reimbursementGenerous employee referral bonus programClient referral bonus programPet insuranceFORCE – Sikich community volunteer program enabling each team member to use up to four hours of paid time annually to volunteer and make a difference in their local communities." We need to format benefits as a list
  • . Should we include each bullet as separate
  • . Probably yes. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly. There's remote, US, but no schedule details like full-time, hours. Not given. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific content. Pay: we have compensation benchmarks. Should we include Pay section with that info. Yes. Qualifications vs Requirements vs Skills: The posting separates "What do you need to succeed in this role?" (requirements) and "Preferred Qualifications". Also later "specific skills/experience required are as follows:" which are competencies/skills. So we can map: - About the role: Position Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: The "What will you do in this role?" with subheadings? We could just list responsibilities as bullet points under a
. The subheadings could be omitted? But we need to preserve all substantive information; we could keep subheadings as or just include them in bullet text. Probably better to keep them as part of bullet. - Requirements: The list under "What do you need to succeed in this role?" (the mandatory qualifications). We'll output as
      • each. - Qualifications: The "Preferred Qualifications" list. - Skills: The list under "specific skills/experience required are as follows:" (the competencies). We'll output as
        • . - Benefits: The Sikich Total Rewards list. - Pay: The compensation benchmarks. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate: The initial "What to expect when you join Sikich..." paragraph is generic company culture; could be considered boilerplate? It's not specific to role. Might be considered "About the role"? But we already have Position Summary. The initial fluff could be considered boilerplate and should be removed. Also "About Sikich" description is generic company overview; could be considered boilerplate but maybe part of "About the role"? However we already have About the role from Position Summary. The "About Sikich" is more about the company; could be considered boilerplate and should be removed per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Sikich" is not exactly those but could be considered company overview; but we might keep it as part of "About the role"? The instruction says: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." And "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The About Sikich paragraph is generic but still specific to Sikich (they talk about their services). Might be considered substantive? However we already have About the role from Position Summary; adding another About Sikich may be thin. I'd lean to omit the About Sikich paragraph to avoid thin section. Also the "Sikich Total Rewards" is benefits; we already have that. Thus sections: - About the role: Position Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of responsibilities (the six categories with details). We'll extract each bullet. - Requirements: mandatory qualifications list. - Qualifications: preferred qualifications list. - Skills: competencies list. - Benefits: list from Sikich Total Rewards. - Pay: compensation benchmarks. We must not include Schedule. Now we need to format. We'll output something like:
