We are seeking an Executive Director Growth & Strategy, Brand with more than 12 years of applicable experience to grow, deliver and help manage cornerstone accounts for AGAR via pitching experiential marketing and event production, PR/communications, digital marketing, design and content creation strategies and services in the consumer sector. The candidate must have previous sales, growth and consumer account experience in the marketing field, preferably across multiple, diverse brands and Fortune 500 companies/industries. The Executive Director of Growth & Strategy, Brand will oversee the development and growth of profitable new business in the consumer sector. This position is responsible for identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities, strategically positioning AGAR’s services in alignments with client business needs, while identifying future growth channels. The Executive Director of Growth & Strategy, Consumer will work directly with the Executive Leadership Team to align with the company's growth strategy and goals and will ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities and ongoing consumer accounts/services. The Executive Director of Growth & Strategy, Brand will work in partnership with the Executive Leadership Team to manage the current pipeline, as well as lead and manage the RFP process for respective new opportunities. The candidate will work with leadership as well as AGAR’s account, production and creative teams to implement business development initiatives based on client goals and desired outcomes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ Work with AGAR’s Executive Leadership Team to develop the Business Development and Growth Strategy for the Consumer SectorWrite and delivers presentation decks, proposals, responses, RFIs, RFPs etc.Lead our Client Services team to build new client relationships and generate organic growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accountsDevelop an annual Business Development Growth plan outlining for the Consumer Sector in partnership with other sector leadership for synergistic plans including financial goals, key industry market segments, prospective target customers (companies/brands) and the individuals/key decision makers within those organizations.Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and connecting prospects both through direct prospecting and collaborating with the broader organizationCross-sell and grow the relationships throughout the office as applicableProfessional outreach, sales presentations and follow up correspondence to prospectsEstablish strong and trusted relationships with clients as a partner and advisorDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with team members, partner agencies across the marketing mixProvide direction for brand accounts with a client-first mindset and ensuring work is delivered with excellence – on time and exceeding expectationsManage multiple client relationships as assigned including statuses, conference calls, daily communication, face-to-face results reviews, general support and troubleshooting Provide strategic and creative counsel, generating fresh ideasAttend/participate in select industry events to grow brand awareness of AGAR, stay current with industry trends and generate leads/drive growth for the business development pipelineManage BD pipeline from opportunity identification to contract with identified platform (CRM or other organizational tool)Embody AGAR’s vision, mission, guiding principles, processes and core values REQUIREMENTS/BS/BA in Business, Marketing or related field with more than 12+ years of relevant experienceProven track record in the development of new business and organic growth and the marketing of agency servicesStrong understanding of the marketing ecosystem and an ability to bring in a network of new business opportunities, including relationships with client decision makers and c-suite level executives Passion to create and ability to solve problems with strategic POVExcellent organizational and time management skillsPerfected negotiation and critical thinking/decision-making skillsCreative thinker with a critical, solution-first mindsetAble to prioritize, plan and deliver with excellence in a dynamic, creative a fast-paced environment CORE VALUES/Embrace Being Uncomfortable - The greatest learning moments occur when outside of your comfort zone.Execute with Excellence - provide agile service without compromising quality of work.Constantly Curious - Immerse into experiences and think outside the norm.All Hands on Deck, Always - No matter the nature of the job, we get it done together.Truth in Words and Actions - Take ownership and accountability.
