This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead worldwide tax reporting and compliance processes under U.S. GAAP
- Oversee effective tax rate forecasting and reconciliations in ASC 740
- Provide comprehensive analysis on complex tax matters and transactions
- Establish a global compliance governance framework among jurisdictions
- Drive tax process automation and digital enablement initiatives
- Optimize tax operating models and develop scalable organizational structures
- Ensure strong tax governance and maintain audit readiness with internal controls
Qualifications
- 14+ years of tax experience, with significant leadership in multinational corporate tax
- Expertise in ASC 740, income tax accounting, and global compliance governance
- Experience in leading global tax reporting for large organizations
- Deep understanding of financial reporting, SOX controls, and audit processes
- Background in managing tax transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Ability to effectively partner with senior business and finance leaders
Pay
$283,800 – $363,800 annually
