Executive Director, Global Safety Strategy & Benefit Risk Management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global safety strategy for the pulmonary portfolio
• Lead benefit-risk assessments for global regulatory submissions
• Provide scientific leadership for signal detection and evaluation
• Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations
• Oversee safety physicians and medical safety leaders
• Drive innovation in pharmacovigilance practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on safety decision-making

Qualifications

• MD required
• 10+ years of experience leading safety risk management in pharma or biopharma
• 3+ years of experience managing other MDs or sub-investigators
• 5+ years of clinical trial support experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analytics tools
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
