Executive Director, Global Program Lead, Oncology (Pumitamig)

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Leverage disease biology to create asset visions and execute development programs
• Engage cross-functional expertise to shape and champion development strategies
• Analyze project progress and facilitate rapid, data-driven decision making
• Deliver commercially viable assets that fulfill unmet medical needs
• Maintain alignment of program strategy with functional capabilities and communicate risks

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, DVM, PharmD, MBA or equivalent advanced degree required
• 10+ years of experience in drug development and leadership roles, preferably in oncology
• Expertise in drug development, matrix team leadership, and regulatory expectations
• Strong background in lung oncology with knowledge of clinical pharmacology and dose selection
• Capability to lead cross-functional teams to execute global development plans

Pay

$297,590 – $360,603 annually
