About the role
Working at Bristol Myers Squibb offers challenging, meaningful, and life‑changing work. The Executive Director will own, from a Commercialization perspective, BMS’s CRM enablement capabilities, defining and executing the product roadmap that enables field and digital teams to deliver coordinated, compliant, and personalized engagement across Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurology therapeutic areas.
Responsibilities

- Lead and develop the team by setting clear goals, expectations, operating norms, and development plans; foster a culture of operational excellence, curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendors, partners, and budget within scope, overseeing relationships with platform vendors, agencies, and implementation partners; contribute to budgeting for capabilities and track vendor performance, SLAs, and value delivered.
- Measure performance and support value realization by defining and tracking KPIs for platform adoption, campaign performance, deliverability, and user satisfaction; quantify business impact of CRM and marketing automation efforts and use insights to refine the roadmap.
