This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives in a mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive labor relations strategies with executive teams
- Serve as HR liaison during collective bargaining and arbitration processes
- Resolve complex employee relations escalations in compliance with relevant laws
- Lead and develop a high-performing Employee and Labor Relations team
- Oversee administration of disability-related workplace accommodations
- Create guidelines and training materials for HR processes using data-driven metrics
- Collaborate with HR partners to address workplace environment issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or JD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Employee & Labor Relations, including 2 years in a senior leadership role
- Extensive experience in collective bargaining and complex investigations in a diverse, unionized setting
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and legal reasoning skills
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

Pay
$141,581 – $205,269 annually
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
