For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking an Executive Director to support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. This role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Digital Assets Steering Committee to create strategic roadmaps and deliver updates on progress
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital asset initiatives, establishing governance and delivery protocols
  • Drive cross-functional accountability by resolving dependencies and maintaining project momentum
  • Support client acquisition and manage relationships, focusing on strategic partnerships and marketplace entry strategies
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Risk units to address regulatory requirements and risks promptly
  • Build a high-performing team by fostering accountability, innovation, and collaboration

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in capital markets, fintech, banking, or technology
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or program delivery role
  • Expertise in digital assets, blockchain technology, and institutional financial services
  • Proven track record in leading complex, multi-stream programs and strategic execution
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders

Pay

$250,000 – $300,000 annually
