Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies in partnership with senior leadership
- Lead and coordinate sales and marketing operations, meetings, and project management
- Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans for the team
- Oversee data collection and analysis to inform decision-making
- Provide insights to optimize sales performance and resource allocation
- Manage meeting logistics, contract negotiations, and event registrations
- Develop strategies to maximize sales force productivity and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- 5+ years of experience specifically in oncology
- Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes and regulatory environment
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
