Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies in partnership with senior leadership
  • Lead and coordinate sales and marketing operations, meetings, and project management
  • Translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans for the team
  • Oversee data collection and analysis to inform decision-making
  • Provide insights to optimize sales performance and resource allocation
  • Manage meeting logistics, contract negotiations, and event registrations
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales force productivity and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in oncology
  • Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes and regulatory environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
