Responsibilities
- Lead a team of over 20 members and oversee additional indirect reports in global locations
- Advocate for innovative data sources and analyze commercial investment effectiveness
- Translate complex data insights into actionable commercial strategies
- Establish performance goals and analytics roadmaps to support business objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership across various functions on analytics solutions
- Design and implement media measurement methodologies across channels
- Drive the culture of continuous learning and optimization within the team
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree & 6 years of decision science experience, or Master's degree & 10 years of decision science experience, or Bachelor's degree & 12 years of decision science experience
- 6 years of managerial experience in a relevant field
- Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and projects
