Position Details
- Lead the implementation of playbook initiatives to achieve success in value-based care performance.
- Facilitate various programs and projects to drive Mercy playbook performance.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across Ministry performance divisions for transformational change aligned with the Mercy Model of Care and Brand Experience.
- Facilitate diverse cross-functional and cross-community teams focused on ministry and population health programs.
- Work closely with senior and executive leaders, providing data, analysis, and tools to identify issues, make informed decisions, and implement action plans to achieve playbook goals.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in leadership or healthcare.
- PREFERRED: Master's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Business or Healthcare Administration.
