Responsibilities
- Leverage Omni’s people-based marketing platform to drive targeted audience activation, develop creative channel plans, analyze digital content inventory, and support overall marketing success.
- Manage relationships with senior-level clients, identifying opportunities that add value and align with client needs.
- Build and strengthen relationships with global counterparts to ensure a cohesive approach to client management across borders.
- Spearhead initiatives such as new business development, training seminars, and client education sessions to contribute to the agency’s growth and thought leadership.
- Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned in delivering innovative, results-driven solutions that enhance client success.
- Accountable for financial transparency and meeting revenue goals across all client accounts, including P&L oversight and salary management.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase revenue within existing client relationships and drive expansion.
- Manage staffing needs, salary budgets, and succession planning for the team.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and achieving growth.
- Experience in retail, eCommerce, or entertainment industries preferred.
- Strong business acumen, including the ability to manage budgets and deliver financial success.
- Strategic insight and ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Relevant post-secondary education, training, or equivalent experience.
Pay
California, New York: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, with a goal to increase this requirement over time. Many agencies and Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
