Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic planning and development initiatives
- Manage fundraising efforts to secure grants and donations
- Engage with the community through outreach programs and events
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in fundraising and community engagement
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience in non-profit or public sector organizations
- Knowledge of grant writing and fundraising strategies
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
