We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to oversee the total operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring residents receive exceptional care in a supportive and compliant environment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and develop facility-specific guidelines in accordance with all regulations.
- Maintain resident assessments and manage 2067 forms for proper documentation.
- Recruit, hire, orient, and support a high-performing team.
- Manage business operations, including admissions, accounts payable/receivable, ancillaries, and payroll to ensure operational accuracy.
- Promote facility services and represent the facility with community partners.
- Foster a collaborative team culture of accountability and efficiency.
- Process payroll to ensure timely and accurate submission.
- Assist with communications, including answering phones and addressing inquiries.
- Respond to concerns raised by residents, families, visitors, and staff.
- Coordinate admissions and oversee the intake and onboarding process for new residents.
- Develop staff through ongoing training and professional development.
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support the facility.
Requirements
- Holds certification from the applicable state agency.
- Thorough knowledge of assisted living regulations and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Working knowledge of general accounting and payroll.
- Understanding of budgeting, marketing, and optimizing revenue through service delivery and ancillary management.
