Barrington Terrace of Fort Myers offers award winning assisted living and dementia care in Fort Myers, Florida. The Executive Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including full P&L responsibility, and is involved in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of community life. Developing and maintaining an outstanding team of department heads is a top priority, as is maintaining a high level of customer and staff satisfaction and a safe environment for residents and staff. The Executive Director complies with all local, state, and federal regulations. Preferred Background: Bachelor’s degreeALF licensed in FLAt least three years of experience in senior living operations management with a successful history meeting financial goalsThorough knowledge of best practices for employee performance management in keeping with all relevant HR standardsAwareness of issues and trends affecting the industryThorough knowledge of computer systems, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word along with facility using a CRM system Love What You Do and Where You Work at The Arbor Company At Arbor, we believe in serving from the heart.
