Executive Director

About the role

OVM, Inc. is seeking a mission-driven, collaborative, and strategic Executive Director to lead the organization through its next chapter of growth and impact. This leader will provide overall strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and community partners to advance OVM’s mission in restorative justice and community healing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in restorative justice, conflict resolution, social work, psychology, or criminal justice preferred
• Experience in organizational management and supervision of staff
• Sound professional judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, public speaking experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Commitment to restorative justice

Benefits

Position Details
Status: Full-time, salaried
Compensation: $45,000-65,000 commensurate with experience
Flexible hours and PTOLocation: Newton, Kansas (hybrid)
Reports to: Board of Directors
