Responsibilities
- Shape strategy, guide operations, and ensure exceptional patient care while optimizing team performance.
- Oversee adherence to healthcare regulations and policies as a compliance champion.
- Make critical, results-driven decisions, set priorities, and align outcomes with organizational goals.
- Develop business plans and marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership teams.
- Use data analysis to identify trends, anticipate challenges, and develop solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations through continuous learning.
- Foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment that empowers team members.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hospice expertise, with a preference for leadership experience in exceptional hospice care.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration (required); Master’s degree a plus.
- Astute knowledge of healthcare theories, concepts, and best practices, with a focus on hospice care.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation (logistical proficiency).
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments; adaptable and agile.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
