About the role
The Program and Operations Manager oversees ICOLT's operations and member engagement, serving as the sole staff role. Key responsibilities include managing operations, coalition engagement, contractor coordination, grant administration, and implementing Board priorities. This role plays a leading role in advancing private lands conservation across Idaho and impacts the effectiveness of conservation organizations statewide.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Dedicated and organized
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience in program management and operations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., environmental studies, public policy, business administration)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management and operations
- Experience working with non-profit organizations and/or government agencies
- Knowledge of private lands conservation issues and Idaho's natural resources
