Executive Director

Glen Park Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director for a 48-bed facility in Ojai, California. Live on-site for free or off-site at your own expense.

Responsibilities

• Operate the facility in accordance with Title 17, Title 22, and established company policy, program, and budget.
• Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations.
• Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing of quality associates.
• Foster creativity among staff to deliver services that maintain and enhance resident stability, independence, and satisfaction.
• Develop and implement an annual business plan to maintain high occupancy and achieve financial goals.
• Represent the community to governmental agencies, professional organizations, and community groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, gerontology, business, or a related field.
• Two years of executive director or related administrator experience.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
• Work history demonstrating a strong ability to hire, direct, and manage associates.
