Executive Director

About the role

The Executive Director will lead Pathway to Possible through its next phase of growth and impact. Key responsibilities include strengthening financial sustainability through diversified fundraising, enhancing and expanding program offerings, championing staff development, navigating sector changes, and deepening community integration and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Advancing P2P’s mission of empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Engaging directly with clients, families, staff, and community partners
• Fostering a supportive and joyful workplace culture
• Balancing visionary, strategic leadership with operational discipline
• Serving as the public face of P2P, building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Guiding the organization through periods of growth and change

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading successful nonprofits or similar organizations
• Experience in fundraising, program development, and staff management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and systems
• Passion for disability rights and social justice

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in nonprofit administration
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of disability rights and social justice issues
