Executive Director

Executive Director - Community for Hope of Greater Oshkosh, Inc. Community For Hope has spent over two decades building Winnebago County's response to suicide prevention, intervention, and grief support. We're looking for our next Executive Director, someone ready to take an established, respected organization and help it reach further. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be our only staff member, working closely with an engaged Board and a committed volunteer base, leading community suicide prevention initiatives, overseeing education and training programs, managing fundraising and grant development alongside our fractional fundraising partner, and recruiting and training the volunteers who help make this work possible. We're looking for someone with a background in mental health, suicide prevention, social work, or nonprofit program leadership, ready to step into their first or next Executive Director role. Strong emotional intelligence, confident public speaking, and genuine comfort navigating Board relationships matter here as much as the credentials on paper. Salary: Starting at $60,000, commensurate with experience Schedule: Full-time, generally 25 to 40 hours per week with occasional evenings and weekends for scheduled events. Not an on-call role.
