Executive Director – Assisted Living Calumet Trace Senior Living | Owensboro, KY Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 Lead Operations. Drive Occupancy. Change Lives. We are seeking a highly motivated Executive Director with a proven track record leading an assisted living community. This role requires a results-oriented leader who can balance clinical oversight, team leadership, financial performance, and sales strategy while maintaining a resident-centered culture. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes ownership of their building, holds teams accountable, and is passionate about improving the lives of seniors every day.
