About the Employer

Right to Life of Louisville is a non-profit organization established in 1971, nearly two years before Roe v Wade. As Kentucky's oldest pro-life organization, we have been the leader in opposing abortion and preventing euthanasia in the greater Louisville area. Right to Life of Louisville works to educate and communicate the truth about the wonder of life; we engage in grassroots activism and advocate for pro-life legislation & policies at the local and state level. Advocating for the protection of innocent human life, from conception to natural death.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, staff, and volunteers.
• Cultivate relationships with donors and community leaders.
• Develop strategic initiatives for organizational impact.
• Represent RTLL in media and public events.
• Attend monthly Board meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop donor management strategies and secure grants.

Event Management

• Plan and execute events like the Annual Gala, Walk/LifeFest, and educational programs.
• Collaborate with local pro-life organizations and manage contracts for events.

Advocacy and Community Development

• Maintain knowledge of pro-life legislation and serve as media spokesperson.
• Conduct outreach and produce e-newsletters.
• Recruit volunteers and manage scholarship programs.

Key Qualifications

• Commitment to pro-life causes and knowledge of relevant issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in technology, budgeting, and general business.
• Nonprofit leadership experience is preferred.

Pay

$30k to $35k Salary

Schedule

Part-time (15 hours in-office, 5 hours remote per week average)
