About the role

The Executive Director oversees, plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Memory Care Assisted Living community. This role works in conjunction with department heads, hires and supervises staff. The Executive Director facilitates company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and the Memory Care process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Memory Care Assisted Living community.
