Executive Director
Bridges by EPOCH at Hingham is hiring an Executive Director for our Memory Care Assisted Living Community. About the Role
The Executive Director oversees, plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of our Memory Care Assisted Living. This position works in conjunction with department heads, hires and supervises staff, and facilitates company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents. Candidates must have strong knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and the Memory Care process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Memory Care Assisted Living community.
- Work in conjunction with department heads to ensure smooth operations.
- Hire and supervise staff.
- Facilitate company policies and procedures for maintaining a safe community for staff and residents.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Director in an Assisted Living Community.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Memory Care.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Alzheimer’s disease and the Memory Care process.
- Professional, dynamic, and innovative with operational strategies.
- Strong decision-making skills and superior leadership abilities.
- Excellent customer service skills and sales savvy.
- High level of quality, commitment, and desire for working in the Senior Living Industry.

Pay
$130,000 per year plus bonus.
