Executive Director
Work with Management and assist in the implementation of the Firm’s long-term strategic vision
Ensure that operational, financial, and people strategies are integrated to drive sustained growth and profitability.
Advises Management on organizational structures, policies, and a governance framework that promotes efficiencies.
Implement workflows and initiatives to assist with firm profitability.
Work as a liaison between firm management and the firm at large.
Drive firm-wide alignment by serving as a dynamic leader, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and communication across all business functions and directors within the firm.
Support key initiatives such as cost savings and revenue growth.
Orchestrate and allocate resources for key projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with firm policies and applicable legal regulations.
Evaluate and implement new legal technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide oversight and support to the growth and development of the firm’s various offices, including coordinating office initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- 20+ years of professional experience.
- Strong financial background, MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills; ability to lead and motivate a team, manage projects, and drive change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities; ability to think strategically, identify problems, and develop creative solutions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong financial acumen: ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports.
Pay
Salary range: $300,000 – $400,000.
