Requirements

• Previous Executive Director, Administrator, General Manager, or comparable senior living leadership experience
• Proven success leading community operations and high‑performing teams
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen
• Experience with occupancy, revenue growth, and customer/resident experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills
• Passion for serving seniors and developing people

Pay

$112,000–$160,000 base salary with potential bonus opportunity
