Responsibilities
- Define the technical architecture and standards for enterprise agentic AI capabilities.
- Lead the innovation strategy for rapid experimentation and validation.
- Build reusable proof-of-concepts and architectural blueprints for expedited deployment.
- Collaborate with teams to transition validated prototypes into production-ready solutions.
- Incorporate Responsible AI principles and evaluate compliance within AI architectures.
- Foster technical leadership and develop talent across architecture and lab initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years designing enterprise software, AI architectures, or cloud-native systems with executive-level responsibilities.
- Expertise in LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and cloud-native deployments.
- Proven track record in defining enterprise architectures and technical standards for secure AI deployment.
- Hands-on experience with modern software engineering practices, including CI/CD and cost optimization.
