Director, Agentic Lab

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid prototyping and validation of AI solutions and workflows
• Evaluate and assess emerging AI technologies
• Develop reusable proofs-of-concept and reference implementations
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement prototypes
• Establish best practices for AI engineering processes
• Contribute to enterprise standards and documentation for AI agents
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or software solutions with technical leadership
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG, vector databases, APIs, Python, and cloud-native development
• Proven experience building production-grade AI applications
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
