Your Role as the Executive Director / Administrator

• Lead the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living / Residential Living Community with a resident-first mindset.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while driving excellence in care, culture, and performance.
• Oversee all aspects of community operations, including medical, nursing, and administrative functions.
• Enforce policies and procedures that support high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and manage the community budget, monitor expenses, revenue, and occupancy.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, revenue growth, and operational improvement.
• Cultivate a culture of teamwork, transparency, and open communication across all departments.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of caregivers and support staff.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Engage with the local community to promote Americare’s mission and strengthen the community’s reputation.
• Oversee building maintenance, improvements, and equipment upgrades to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and team members.
