Cuba Village | Cuba, MO Total Compensation: $68,000 to $73,000 + Bonus Potential!
What You’ll Do
- Lead with a resident-first mindset, prioritizing compassionate care, safety, and quality of life.
- Set clear expectations, model accountability, and foster a positive, service-oriented culture.
- Cultivate a culture of teamwork, transparency, and open communication across all departments.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of caregivers and support staff.
- Oversee medical, nursing, and administrative functions to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
- Enforce policies and procedures that support high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and manage the community budget, monitor expenses, revenue, and occupancy.
- Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies, revenue growth, and operational improvement.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Engage with the local community to promote Americare’s mission and strengthen the community’s reputation.
- Oversee building maintenance, improvements, and equipment upgrades to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and team members.
What You Bring
- Licensure & Credentials: Current state Administrator licensure or certification, as required by state regulations. Certified Medication Aide (CMA) or Certified Medication Technician (CMT), if required by the state. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant fields may include Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Gerontology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age. Proven experience successfully managing, leading, and developing teams in a senior living or healthcare leadership role.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners.
- Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, medication management protocols, and compliance standards.
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Occasionally assist with safely transferring residents.
- Vision requirements include near and far vision with good depth perception.
