Executive Creative Producer – Blue Man Group and VStar Entertainment

About the role

The Executive Creative Producer will oversee the creative direction and production of Blue Man Group and VStar Entertainment’s resident shows in both Orlando, FL and Las Vegas, NV. This role is part of a hybrid schedule, combining office time with occasional on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative vision and execution of all shows
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and technical teams to bring concepts to life
• Manage the creative process from concept through final production
• Ensure alignment with brand identity and company values
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to promote shows
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Theatre, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in theatrical production or entertainment industry
• Proven track record of successful show creation and production
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with live performance venues and event spaces
• Knowledge of theatrical design and technology
• Understanding of budgeting and financial management
• Experience with project management tools and software
