Qualifications
7+ years of experience as a Creative Director, Lead Creative, or equivalent in YouTube, digital media, or content
Proven leadership at scale, managing creative teams of 10+ delivering high-volume output across multiple channels or shows
Taste × strategy intersection: strong strategic thinking about what captures mass attention and aesthetic judgment to know what premium, sophisticated work looks like
360-degree YouTube mastery: equally strong in packaging (titles, thumbnails, CTR), retention (average view duration, percentage viewed) AND visual storytelling
Stakeholder navigation: earned buy-in from people who don't think like YouTube-expert creatives, with diplomacy rather than ego
Player-coach mentality: energized by being in the work daily, not managing from a distance
