We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually job description includes description. We need headings for sections present: About the role? Not explicit. There's "Company Description", "Job Description", "Your Impact", "What Success Looks Like", "Qualifications", "Additional information" includes compensation, benefits, etc. Also "Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging", "Office Workplace Guidelines", "Work Authorization & Sponsorship". We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). However we can also use other headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples; we can use other headings as needed but must be

. Probably we should map content to those headings where appropriate. For company description maybe not needed? Could be "About the role" for job description. Responsibilities could be "Your Impact" or "Job Description". Requirements could be "Qualifications". Skills maybe not separate. Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections only if present. We have compensation and benefits details. So we can have Pay section with base salary and bonus. Benefits section with health, 401k, etc. Schedule maybe not present (office work guidelines mention office attendance 3 days/week). That could be Schedule? Might be considered schedule. We could include Schedule heading with office expectations. However instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state compensation and benefits, and office work guidelines (schedule). So we can include those. We must not repeat job title as heading. Do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We should keep Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging? That's not boilerplate? It's a statement but maybe considered EEO? It's similar to equal opportunity. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's a DEI statement. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the DEI section. Also Office Workplace Guidelines maybe not boilerplate? It's about office expectations; could be considered schedule. We'll keep schedule info. Work Authorization & Sponsorship is also maybe legal; but it's about visa sponsorship. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a statement about sponsorship; could be considered legal. Probably remove. Thus sections: About the role (maybe Company Description + Job Description?), Responsibilities (Your Impact?), Requirements (Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content. The ECD will oversee creative across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns, and experiences, ensuring every execution is connected to a clear idea and a strong, cohesive story. The ECD will operate as both a senior creative leader and business partner, shaping the creative organization, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and using creativity to deepen impact, differentiate RSR, and drive commercial growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can inspire teams, strengthen ideas and storytelling, build and present persuasive creative narratives, command client rooms, and bring creative, strategy, production, media, and delivery together around a shared vision.

    Maybe split into two paragraphs.

    Your Impact

Set and elevate RSR's creative vision, establishing a clear point of view on what makes an idea compelling, culturally relevant, and worthy of an audience’s attention. Champion concept and storytelling across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns, and experiences, ensuring the work has both emotional depth and measurable impact. Lead and develop copy and design leadership, setting a consistently high creative bar while giving discipline leads the clarity, direction, and support to produce their strongest work. Turn complex, technical, or institutional subject matter into accessible and compelling stories that connect with people and inspire action. Shape persuasive creative narratives and presentations that bring ideas to life, build client confidence, and create momentum around ambitious work. Use creativity as a growth lever by expanding client scopes, strengthening senior-level partnerships, and supporting new business wins. Lead the Creative Department as a business unit, setting standards, shaping team structure, developing creative talent, and ensuring sustainable delivery and financial performance. Strengthen RSR's position within Sia by demonstrating how powerful ideas and storytelling amplify consulting, strategy, and end-to-end client impact.

    What Success Looks Like

RSR produces distinctive, idea-led work with clear storytelling, strong craft, and the ability to create meaningful emotional, cultural, or behavioral impact. Creative work maintains a premium and cohesive standard across copy and design while performing effectively across video, digital, social, paid media, campaigns, and experiences. Clients view creative leadership as a trusted strategic partner and rely on your perspective to shape the story, idea, and direction behind their most important work. RSR earns meaningful industry recognition, including Cannes Lions, Webbys, Clios, and other awards that reflect the strength of the idea, storytelling, and impact of the work. Creative teams operate with clarity, accountability, and strong cross-functional collaboration, retaining top talent and developing future creative leaders.
