Responsibilities

- Champion creative standards and a culture of feedback
- Manage enterprise brand partnerships and align them with business goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- 10-15+ years of leadership experience in marketing activation, content, or creative agency environments
- Proven track record of leading large-scale creative campaigns
- Strong ability to develop consumer insights and shape creative work
- High emotional intelligence and capacity to inspire and lead teams
- Operational instincts with respect for timelines and budgets
- Financial acumen for managing large budgets and driving ROI
