Executive Construction Advisory Board Member

AlphaHire is seeking accomplished construction executives and operational leaders to join the AlphaHire Executive Construction Council, a selective advisory board of senior industry professionals helping shape the future of construction workforce intelligence. The Council brings together experienced leaders from commercial construction, infrastructure, mission-critical development, industrial construction, renewable energy, and specialty contracting to provide real-world perspective on the workforce and operational challenges affecting the industry. As a Council Member, you will contribute executive-level insight into topics such as labor availability, compensation trends, workforce planning, regional expansion, operational scaling, retention, backlog execution, and leadership hiring. This is a fully remote, flexible advisory opportunity designed for active or former senior construction executives. Participation may include executive roundtables, research initiatives, strategic advisory discussions, industry reports, and select onsite engagements.
