Responsibilities
- Develop decision-ready Executive Compensation Committee materials
- Lead the drafting and validation of proxy statements
- Conduct executive job benchmarking and market pricing analyses
- Design short- and long-term incentive programs
- Drive data analytics and maintain compensation models
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal
- Support equity plan administration and compliance
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in executive compensation and proxy development
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including scenario modeling
- Knowledge of incentive compensation design and objectives
- Experience with job benchmarking and compensation structure design
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday
- Background in consulting within Technology or Financial Services
- Ability to produce polished, executive-ready materials

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
