Responsibilities

  • Develop decision-ready Executive Compensation Committee materials
  • Lead the drafting and validation of proxy statements
  • Conduct executive job benchmarking and market pricing analyses
  • Design short- and long-term incentive programs
  • Drive data analytics and maintain compensation models
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Legal
  • Support equity plan administration and compliance

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in executive compensation and proxy development
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, including scenario modeling
  • Knowledge of incentive compensation design and objectives
  • Experience with job benchmarking and compensation structure design
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday
  • Background in consulting within Technology or Financial Services
  • Ability to produce polished, executive-ready materials

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
