Responsibilities
- Support market benchmarking and competitive analysis for VP+ roles
- Aid in evaluating executive pay positioning
- Prepare analyses and reports for executive compensation decisions
- Maintain monitoring of compensation market trends
- Administer executive and broad-based equity programs
- Cook up coordination of equity transactions with multiple departments
- Prepare equity analyses, including grant tracking and scenario modeling
- Maintain equity program documentation and assist with communications
Qualifications
- 7+ years of compensation experience, specifically with executive compensation and equity programs
- Knowledge of compensation principles and market benchmarking
- Experience with equity compensation programs and related analyses
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
