Responsibilities

  • Support market benchmarking and competitive analysis for VP+ roles
  • Aid in evaluating executive pay positioning
  • Prepare analyses and reports for executive compensation decisions
  • Maintain monitoring of compensation market trends
  • Administer executive and broad-based equity programs
  • Cook up coordination of equity transactions with multiple departments
  • Prepare equity analyses, including grant tracking and scenario modeling
  • Maintain equity program documentation and assist with communications

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of compensation experience, specifically with executive compensation and equity programs
  • Knowledge of compensation principles and market benchmarking
  • Experience with equity compensation programs and related analyses
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
