Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs, including annual incentive and long-term incentive plans.
- Manage all aspects of global equity compensation programs, including grants, vesting, exercises, reporting, compliance, and governance.
- Prepare Compensation Committee and Board of Directors materials, analyses, recommendations, and executive presentations.
- Partner with Executive Leadership, Finance, Legal, HR, Payroll, and external consultants to develop competitive executive compensation strategies.
- Conduct executive compensation benchmarking, market analysis, and peer group evaluations to support compensation decisions.
- Support executive compensation planning, annual compensation cycles, equity award processes, and incentive plan administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory, accounting, tax, and governance requirements related to executive compensation and equity programs.
- Develop financial models and executive compensation analyses to support business decisions and Board recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement of executive compensation processes, controls, reporting, and governance practices.
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders while providing strategic compensation guidance and consultation.
- Serve as the organization's subject matter expert for executive compensation and equity compensation programs.
- Support the company's executive compensation philosophy during its continued transformation and business evolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in executive compensation, equity compensation, or total rewards within large, complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of executive compensation design, equity plans, long-term incentive programs, and Board governance.
- Experience preparing materials and supporting Compensation Committee and Board of Directors meetings.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret executive compensation data and business performance metrics.
- Experience partnering with Executive Leadership, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and Human Resources.
- Excellent executive presence with the ability to communicate complex compensation concepts to senior leadership.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling highly confidential information.
- Experience supporting publicly traded, privately held, or private equity-backed organizations is highly preferred.
- Experience with executive compensation, equity administration, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Benefits
The position offers a competitive salary range of $174,500 – $200,675 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
