Key Responsibilities

  • Advising clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
  • Supporting M&A transactions and other corporate deals from a compensation perspective
  • Drafting and reviewing compensation and incentive arrangements
  • Providing guidance on regulatory and tax implications of compensation structures
  • Collaborating with corporate teams on transaction execution and strategy

Who You Are

  • 2–6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience
  • Experience supporting M&A or corporate transactions
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
  • Experience at a leading law firm preferred
  • Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction

Compensation

Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
