Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Supporting M&A transactions and other corporate deals from a compensation perspective
- Drafting and reviewing compensation and incentive arrangements
- Providing guidance on regulatory and tax implications of compensation structures
- Collaborating with corporate teams on transaction execution and strategy
Who You Are
- 2–6 years of executive compensation and employee benefits experience
- Experience supporting M&A or corporate transactions
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Experience at a leading law firm preferred
- Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
Compensation
Salary Range: $235,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
