Executive Communications Manager
About the role
This role exists to elevate and unify executive voice across the organization, ensuring business priorities are translated into clear, compelling communications that drive alignment, engagement, and enterprise-wide impact. Partner closely with C-suite leaders to define and elevate their voice across internal and external channels. Translate complex business strategies into clear, engaging, and human-centered messaging that drives alignment across leadership and teams. Develop high-impact executive communications including talking points, emails, LinkedIn content, and storytelling assets. Collaborate with CEO Communications to ensure a consistent and unified enterprise narrative. Lead campaign-style communications that bring key strategic priorities to life across the organization, including global leadership audiences. Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Leverage feedback, engagement metrics, and data insights to continuously refine and improve messaging effectiveness. Support senior leaders in preparing for key internal and external engagements, ensuring clarity, tone, and message consistency.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5 plus years of experience in executive communications/corporate affairs, with a strong track record of supporting senior leaders
- Experience translating business priorities into clear, compelling communications that influence and align diverse audiences
- Strong storytelling capability, with the ability to simplify complex or technical concepts into accessible, engaging content
- Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations; global experience preferred
- Advanced degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including experience leveraging AI tools to enhance content development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Word) for executive-level content creation
- Experience with social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn analytics, social listening tools)

Pay
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually.
