Skills & Knowledge Required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Six (6) + years of professional experience in Youth Development, Education, or related field
- Previous experience working with at-risk youth preferred
- Demonstrated ability to creatively plan, coordinate, and evaluate quality youth programs directly and through collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with other departments/organizations to deliver quality programs to club members and potential members
- At least 3-5 years of demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience at a Boys & Girls Club or similar organization
