Executive Claim Analyst (Large Loss Casualty)

Responsibilities

• Manage catastrophic bodily injury claims from start to finish
• Analyze policy language to make timely coverage decisions
• Develop investigation and evidence preservation strategies
• Establish initial loss reserves and evaluate for adequacy
• Keep stakeholders updated on claim developments and inquiries
• Oversee vendor costs and manage budgets effectively
• Train colleagues and facilitate knowledge sharing within the department

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct Property and Casualty Insurance experience
• 5+ years managing complex bodily injury and coverage claims
• Experience handling litigated files and presence in legal settings
• Ability to handle complex claims over $750,000
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Commitment to continuous learning with advanced industry designations (e.g., JD, MBA, CPCU, AIC, CCLA)
• Experience in the high net worth sector is a plus

Pay

$120,000 – $135,000 annually
