Executive Chef | Williamsburg, MI
About the role
Bring hospitality-level dining to senior living. Williamsburg is a destination community, and that raises the bar. At Autumn House Williamsburg, we believe dining should feel like part of the experience, not simply another service. We’re looking for an Executive Chef who can build a strong culinary program, lead a high-performing team, and create food our residents, families, and guests genuinely look forward to. This role owns the kitchen from menu development to execution, people to performance, and food quality to financial discipline. You’ll probably love this role if you like to: Create menus instead of simply following them; Lead from the kitchen, not just the office; Build and develop a culinary team; Raise standards around food quality, presentation, and service; Listen to residents and turn feedback into a better dining experience; Balance creativity with food cost, labor, waste, and budget discipline; Design dining experiences for everyday meals, special events, and guests; Bring hospitality thinking into senior living; Take ownership when something is not working and make it better.
