About the role
The Executive Chef of Culinary Services is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, menu development, and kitchen operations at our Hopkins, Minnesota location. This role requires a proven track record in culinary leadership and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative menus that align with the brand’s standards and customer preferences.
- Oversee kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and quality control measures.
- Manage inventory, budgeting, and procurement processes to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote new dishes and initiatives.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional chef experience, including management roles.
- Valid Food Handlers’ Permit.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
