Responsibilities
- Lead all culinary operations across three distinct outlets, ensuring exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.

- Partner with banquet operations—whether you bring strong events experience yourself or build a team around those strengths.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and health compliance.
- Collaborate closely with hotel leadership to drive the overall guest experience and property success.
- Participate in pre-opening planning, concept refinement, and kitchen build-out.
Requirements
- Leader with a proven track record of running multi-outlet or complex culinary operations.
- Well-rounded culinary background that includes some foundation in classical or French-influenced technique.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or formal training a strong plus.
- Alcohol Awareness and Food Handler Certification (as required by state).
- Ability to work long hours on your feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful menu concepts.
- Experience with budgeting and cost control.
