Key Responsibilities
- Shape and lead the culinary vision for The Crossvines, crafting menus that reflect the seasonality, accessibility, and regional flavors
- Collaborate with the beverage and events teams to ensure seamless and memorable guest experiences
- Build, mentor, and inspire a kitchen team fostering a supportive, engaged, and growth-oriented environment
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, balancing creativity with operational excellence, while managing food costs, labor, and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and workplace culture
- Cultivate relationships with local farmers, producers, and purveyors to source fresh, regional ingredients
- Contribute to special events, tastings, and programming that enhance the guest journey
